Oluwafolakemi Juliet Ferreira is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished 23-year career marked by unwavering dedication, extensive expertise, and a versatile skill set in Strategic HR Leader and Organizational Development Expert. Her comprehensive experience spans HR operations, strategic planning, and change management, consistently driving success across diverse business functions.

She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR Hons) from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor’s in English (B.A Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Folakemi is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and holds the esteemed designation of Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Managers and Administrators (FIPMA).

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Alan&Grant Business Solutions LTD, Folakemi is a pivotal leader overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the firm’s overall operational strategy. Her role underscores her capacity to translate strategic vision into effective execution.

Prior to her current role, Folakemi held diverse and impactful positions at Sterling Bank Plc., including Regional Education Business, Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Head of Operations/Funds Transfer Officer/Customer Service Officer. In these roles, she consistently demonstrated multifaceted expertise in strategic planning, change management, and a proven ability to surpass revenue targets.

Solomon Nyimabari Kpandei is a highly experienced Leadership and Management Consultant, bringing over two decades of dedicated practice to his role as Director at Scafato Consulting Ltd. His extensive career spans diverse areas, including business development, human resource management and administration, and consulting across various sectors. Mr. Kpandei has a proven track record of success, having worked with a wide range of organizations and on impactful projects within private and public institutions, as well as Not-for-Profit organizations.

Mr. Kpandei holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Business School Netherlands (2015) and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Strategic Leadership at the School of Business and Leadership, Regent University, Virginia, USA. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development is further demonstrated by his active involvement in several key organizations:

Holding an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing, Paul’s commitment to professional development is further demonstrated by his fellowships at the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and the Institute of Certified Business Consultants Nigeria (FICBC). His dedication to nurturing talent is evident in his volunteer work as a Senior Faculty Member and leader at the Daystar Business Academy (DBA) and his service as Registrar of the Daystar Skills Acquisition Program (DSAP), where he empowered entrepreneurs with crucial technical and business skills. He also recently served as a Deputy President and Council member of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants, Nigeria.

Biography

Mr. Daniel Aniekan Bassey is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of resourceful working experience spanning Information Technology, Hospitality, Investment Banking, and Management Consulting. His expertise encompasses project management, financial analysis, accounting, and leadership development, with a strong track record in diverse sectors.

Mr. Bassey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Calabar and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from the Redeemed Bible School College (RCBC). He is a Chartered Project Manager (CPM) through the Global Institute of Project Management (GIPM – Malaysia) and holds a Certificate of Achievement in the John Maxwell Leadership Training Programme. He also earned a Diploma in Business Administration.

His extensive career includes roles as an Accountant in the Information Technology industry with Honeyland Supertech Limited and Karatgold Limited, and in the Hospitality Sector at Food Concept Limited (operators of Chicken Republic). In the financial services world, he contributed to Investment Banking and Asset Management at Flagship Asset Managers Limited and later served as Head, Corporate Support Services at Stacoprime Capital Limited, after experience in the company’s Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Marketing departments.

Mr. Bassey further leveraged his skills as Head, Special Projects and PA to the Group Managing Director at Sycamore Consulting Limited (a Tax Consulting firm) and as PA to the Group Managing Director of Cosse Group (an Integrated Marketing Communication Company). Most recently, he was the Project Manager for Jacinth Consulting Limited, a Financial/Tax and Management Consulting firm, where he notably led the Asset Verification project for Motor Vehicles under the Office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos in 2019.

He is married to Mrs. Inem Mercy Bassey, and they are blessed with three children. He is also a Deacon in the RCCG
