She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR Hons) from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor’s in English (B.A Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Folakemi is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and holds the esteemed designation of Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Managers and Administrators (FIPMA).

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Alan&Grant Business Solutions LTD, Folakemi is a pivotal leader overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the firm’s overall operational strategy. Her role underscores her capacity to translate strategic vision into effective execution.

Prior to her current role, Folakemi held diverse and impactful positions at Sterling Bank Plc., including Regional Education Business, Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Head of Operations/Funds Transfer Officer/Customer Service Officer. In these roles, she consistently demonstrated multifaceted expertise in strategic planningchange management, and a proven ability to surpass revenue targets.

Dr. Solomon Kpandei is a strategic leadership expertglobal consultant, and human capital strategist. He is the Executive Consultant/CEO at Scafato Consulting Ltd, a management and business consulting firm. He has over 24 years of experience covering business management/developmentHuman Resource Management, administration, and consulting. He has worked with organizations and on projects across private and public institutions as well as Not-for-Profits. Recent key projects include Organizational Analysis and Strategic Workshops with the School of Politics, Policy & Governance Abuja (as an independent consultant with Como-Consult Germany, Nov 2023-May 2024) and a Strategic Thinking and Planning Program for Public/Civil Servants of the Edo State Government (as an external consultant, Aug 2023). He has led many change initiatives and is passionate about leadership education and organizational excellence.

He holds a doctorate degree (Ph.D) in strategic leadership (with concentration in global consulting) from the School of Business and Leadership, Regent University, Virginia, USA (2022), and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Business School Netherlands (2015). Dr. Kpandei is a member of the executive management of Daystar Christian Centre Lagos and a senior faculty member at Daystar Leadership Academy for over 16 years. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Bonmenebari Leadership Foundation, organizers of the annual Lagos Leadership Conference, and is a member of the Board of Governors for Role Model Schools Lagos.

Dr. Kpandei regularly speaks at business seminars, conferences, and management retreats. In 2024, he featured as a speaker/facilitator on “Good Morning BSN,” an online global knowledge-sharing session by Business School Netherlands. In November 2024, he was part of the team grading global undergraduate student completions at the 26th Global Conference of the International Leadership Association (ILA) in Chicago, USA. Between 2003 and 2004, he was involved in institutional and strategy development projects for several banks, notably “Project Blast” for then Standard Trust Bank during the Banking Consolidation.

He brings his experience to bear in leadershipstrategic foresightorganizational cultureorganizational developmentperformance management, and Human Resource Development. His extensive career includes roles as an Accountant in the Information Technology industry with Honeyland Supertech Limited and Karatgold Limited, and in the Hospitality Sector at Food Concept Limited (operators of Chicken Republic). In the financial services world, he contributed to Investment Banking and Asset Management at Flagship Asset Managers Limited and later served as Head, Corporate Support Services at Stacoprime Capital Limited, after experience in the company’s Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Marketing departments.

Mr. Bassey further leveraged his skills as Head, Special Projects and PA to the Group Managing Director at Sycamore Consulting Limited (a Tax Consulting firm) and as PA to the Group Managing Director of Cosse Group (an Integrated Marketing Communication Company). Most recently, he was the Project Manager for Jacinth Consulting Limited, a Financial/Tax and Management Consulting firm, where he notably led the Asset Verification project for Motor Vehicles under the Office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos in 2019.
